HealthExtras, Inc. To Use Integrator
ARLINGTON, VA. AUGUST 8, 2008. Today eknow inc announced that benefit management provider HealthExtras of Rockville, Maryland, will use eknow Integrator to facilitate its latest acquisition. Earlier this week, HealthExtras announced they are acquiring Immediate Pharmaceutical Services of Avon Lake, Ohio, a prescription mail service center, for $40 million in cash.
“The speed and efficiency improvements to the post-merger integration phase of M&A made possible by eknow Integrator will benefit the HealthExtras integration team,” says eknow CEO Alan Croll. “We’re pleased to be able to help HealthExtras grow their business through acquisition.”
