M&A Success Rate Can Be Dramatically Improved
with Updated e•know Software Solution

November, 2007. “70%+ of mergers don’t achieve their expected synergies,” says e•know CEO, Alan Croll. “Our version 7.11 INTEGRATOR software solution can greatly increase those odds.”

e•know INTEGRATOR is proven and highly successful at simplifying and accelerating integration efforts, enabling enhanced synergy capture. INTEGRATOR’s unique cross-team collaboration and communication environment is based on e•know’s years of experience delivering custom on-demand software solutions for clients, and benefits from a world-class team of experts and practitioners in the field of M&A, including Dr. Alexandra Lajoux, author of the Art of M&A book series.

Mr. Croll adds, “Mailing around spreadsheets between members of a distributed integration team is a sure way to slow down the process, create major security risks, and for critical information to fall through the cracks — all contributing factors to the high merger failure rate. INTEGRATOR is secure, real-time, and fast — a true 21st century solution for M&A integration.”

INTEGRATOR is sold and delivered in a “software-as-a-service” model; use requires only a web browser and e-mail. Client companies are spared additional investment in IT resources and personnel; the result is a quick start up, and a smart pricing model that accommodates both large and small deals.
