How does the system manage communication between team members, and how does our data get into the system?

Communication is fundamental to success throughout the M&A Life Cycle. For that reason, eknow Integrator has a set of effective, automated communication features as a part of its core capabilities. Central to this capability is a powerful feature called the iMemo™ (short for "Interactive Memorandum"). iMemos accelerate all phases of the M&A process by automatically disseminating and collecting information critical to the success of each transaction. iMemos eliminate the arduous, labor-intensive, time consuming, insecure, and error prone use of spreadsheets distributed by email to gather status updates and other information.

All data gathered by iMemos is encrypted, automatically aggregated in the database, and displayed in real time on Integrator dashboard reports. This enables the PMO, Team Leaders, and corporate executives to make timely, fact-based decisions and to intervene where appropriate to keep the process on track, to maximize value capture and to minimize synergy leakage. The iMemo is an automated, intelligent communication, delivered by standard email, targeted to specific individuals, with a link to a user-specific web form viewable in any standard web browser. The web form is generated on-demand, directly by the Integrator database. It can deliver information the PMO wants to push out to the integration team (or to other stakeholder groups), and it can collect responses via a web-based data entry form when the PMO wants to pull information from the team. All information is encrypted for a higher level of security than possible with spreadsheets attached to standard, non-encrypted email.
